Companion Cards
Companion Cards will be accepted for this event. Companion card holders must purchase their own ticket and will be offered an additional ticket of comparable access to assist them during the event. This access does not include any additional items the ticket purchaser receives, it is entry to the event for assistance purposes only.
Please note the steps for attending with a Companion card:
1. Purchase the ticket type the person who holds the Companion card requires
2. Email [email protected] with the Subject: Companion card access to Twilight Fan Convention
3. Send us a copy of your ticket invoice and a photo of your valid Companion card. We will register you for a +1-companion entry on the day, which you can check in and collect from the Help Desk when you arrive at the show. A confirmation email will be sent in response confirming this for you.
Each carer will need to provide their ID and the companion card at the Help Desk and a wrist band will be issued to enable them to access the event. Under the complimentary entry, companions are not permitted to take part in a photo opportunity or purchase autograph tokens unless they also purchase their own entry ticket.

Does buying a tickets to the Twilight Fan Convention also get me access to The Rookie Fan Convention?
Twilight Fan Convention; Presented by Oz Comic-Con & Armageddon Expo and The Rookie Fan Convention; Presented by Oz Comic-Con & Armageddon Expo are 2 separately ticketed events, being run co-located at the same venue, on the same weekend. A ticket to one of the events will not allow you access to the other. If you would like to attend both events, you will need to purchase a single day ticket to both events.
Could I go to both events on the same day?
Unless you can run as fast as a Cullen, we wouldn’t recommend it.
Due to the similar number of guest attending each event, the scheduling is likely to be set similarly between events, which means you wouldn’t be able to experience both events fully throughout the day.
Are there any age restrictions?
Anyone attending this event aged 15 years or under will need to do so under parental supervision, and both people will require an entry ticket. Mature language and/or topics may take place during the panel discussions.
A ticket is required for anyone aged 4 or older, inclusive. No discount will be given for children’s tickets. As the event is sold on a per seat basis, any children attending aged 3 or younger will not be given a seat and will be required to sit on your lap. Prams will be required to be parked either in the foyer, or at the back of the seating halls.
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets and tokens for these shows are digital and will arrive to you via email after purchase. The QR code you receive will grant you access to the show. All token pre-orders can be redeemed at the show, using the same QR code.
All tickets include access to all scheduled guest Q&A panel sessions.
All tickets allow you the opportunity to purchase photos and/or autographs with every event guest, which are on pre-sale with tickets, until allocations are sold out. Limited quantities may be available to purchase on the day where available, and to VIP & Platinum Ticket holders.

Are tickets or tokens refundable?
Ticket and token purchases are non-refundable. In the event of a guest cancellation, any tokens purchased for that guest will be refunded. In the case of event postponement by the organiser or venue, tickets purchased will be rolled over to the new dates. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
