Is there a cloak room?

Yes! We have a cloaking room located in the information booth at each event. The cost of cloaking items is $2 for small items and $5 for large items. There is a separate complimentary cloak room for Platinum Ticket holders in the Platinum Lounge.

Can I bring my suitcase onto the show floor?

No. Carts, luggage on wheels, and empty strollers will NOT be allowed during show hours. Exhibitors needing such items for legitimate business purposes will be allowed access at the opening and closing of business each day. This is a safety issue and no exceptions will be made.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS/THEFT

Oz Comic-Con is not responsible for any loss or theft of property during an OCC event. It is the responsibility of any fan who incurs a loss to notify OCC, the appropriate venue and the police of property loss or theft as soon as possible.

THEFT

Theft will not be tolerated at Oz Comic-Con. If you are caught stealing directly from another individual or taking items from any private or public areas of OCC that are not expressly indicated to be free, remediation steps will be taken, including referral to the police if necessary.
