Hi, my name is Ash or ‘Slightly Villainous.’ I started my journey online back in 2018 on TikTok and now have an incredible fanbase of 4.8M I’m so grateful for. Cosplay has brought my friends together and helped me make many new friends. It has helped me learn how to style wigs, how to sew, develop painting skills as well as apply my own makeup and facepaint. It has also taught me to improvise and be resourceful when materials are unavailable or too expensive. But most importantly it has helped build up my confidence. Cosplay has made it possible for me share my passions with those similar and encouraged people to express themselves creatively as well. I wish to keep growing my platform and getting my work out there to show the importance of a creative outlet as well as the incredible experiences you can share with those similar to you.
