Love your cosplay props? Awesome! The cosplay prop competition is the event where you can put your prop making skills on display. You can enter this event solo or as part of a team (2 people max) into this awesome event and have the opportunity to win some awesome prizes!
WHAT’S A PROP?
Props are a handheld object part of a larger costume (i.e. Helmet, but not full armour or Sword, but not full costume) and not an entire costume. Props can be made in a number of different ways from foam, worbla to fabric, moulding and casting.

Running in Melbourne, Brisbane & Sydney – The Cosplay Skit Competition is open to solo and group applications wishing to participate. Your performance can be up to 2 minutes long with prizes for the judges favourites!
Applications close the Sunday the week before the show however can close earlier if all of the available places are filled before the deadline (So get in quick to secure your spot!). Due to the limited number of spots available there will be no on-the-day sign-ups or additions taken.

Are you great at glam make up? How about SFX make up? Better at wig styling rather than natural hair styling? With the all new Cosplay Makeup & Hair Styling Competition inc SFX Makeup & Wig Styling we’re giving you the chance to showcase your talents across all of the above!
Running in Melbourne, Brisbane & Sydney – Entrants can choose to enter both a makeup and a hair/wig style into the competition at the same time. Both elements will be judged independently of the other.
Entries for this event will be accepted on the day in the event their are still spots remaining and you can meet the entry criteria on presentation to Cosplay Central prior to 11am on the Sunday of the event.
