Katie Houghton-Ward
Katie Houghton-Ward has been illustrating for more than two decades and doesn’t plan to stop any time soon. Starting her comic career with the acclaimed Deckheadz series, Katie then went on to integrate her sequential work into fine and street art, exhibiting around the world.
Katie has since developed her creator-owned series Khulan serialised in revered sci-fi fantasy magazine Heavy Metal and collected by Gestalt. She is currently editing her new graphic novel and is working with Simon Bisley on preparing this for release late 2023.
Katie has been instrumental in establishing the Indigiverse as the artist on the Dark Heart series, with the first two issues now available.
