Joo Dong Geun
Joo Dong Geun is a South Korean webtoon artist. He found inspiration during his university years after watching the films “Dawn of the Dead” and “28 Days Later.” These movies left a profound impact on him, sparking the idea of creating a Korean-style zombie story. Driven by the desire to craft “the most Korean zombie story that resonates with our cultural identity”, he debuted with the webtoon “All of Us Are Dead”. In 2022, this webtoon was adapted into a Netflix original series, quickly gaining widespread popularity and entering the Top 10 rankings in over 90 countries.
