Bruised_vulture was dragged into the world of cosplay by her sister, Missjazznarka, when she was innocently asked if she would like to join her at a con.
Not wanting to be underdressed, she discovered the joys of the con crunch and has been a victim of it ever since. The joy of cosplay uniting two of Bruised_vulture’s’ favourite things, character design and spending time with her sister.
Her creative journey started in 2009 when she started turning Pokémon into fashion designs, leaving her quite vulnerable to the allure of cosplay. She now spends her days wondering what her life would be like if she hadn’t discovered the hobby, all the money she would have saved, she might have owned a house by now…. but is a house really worth it if you can’t run through it dressed in your favourite cosplay? Who’s to say
