Entry to Artist Alley is by application only. Applications for each city are NOW OPEN. 

Please note some important changes to the application process for 2025:

• Art portfolios must be submitted. Links to social media accounts will not be accepted for application review in lieu of a portfolio (they can be supplied in addition to). Professional websites and pages will be accepted as well as folio accounts such as Art Station and DeviantArt. 
  Alternatively, you can upload a selection of the artwork you would like to submit for consideration to a Google Drive or Dropbox for the judging panel to view. Please remember to submit this link and ensure it is not restricted. Your portfolio must have clearly demonstrated your current artistic capabilities and aesthetic. Applications without supplied portfolios will not be accepted.
• You will be sent an application portal registration link that you can revisit and update as you need. You can update portfolio links, city selections and other details without needing to submit a second application to push the updates through. Updates will be taken into consideration for any cities where they are submitted prior to the closing date for that city.
• You can apply for one, or all cities at once. You can return to your application and add or subtract cities from your application as you wish, as long as you do so before each cities application close date. While it’s not a first-come, first-served basis, we may process early bird applications for each city at the start of the year, or as applications come in.
• Melbourne Oz Comic-Con Xmas Edition 2025 – Will be offered to previous 2025 Artist Alley Table Holders only. Not on application.

Looking to apply and share a table with another artist? You can apply together or separately.
If you apply together, please ensure that BOTH artists’ portfolio links and relevant information are uploaded to the application form, separated by a ‘-’. 
Applying together, you will both be reviewed and must fit the criteria as if applying separately. If you apply individually and one artist is NOT accepted (not including waitlisted) you will not be approved to table together – you must BOTH be approved to share a table.
When completing the application form please nominate one person to be the main contact for results and further communications. These details can be changed and edited any time before the applications close for the locations you’re applying for.
