Oz Comic-Con-tent Creator Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Oz Comic-Con-tent Creator Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who:
- Have a combined following of 10,000 or more across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Twitch.
- Have an established presence in pop culture content creation (e.g., comics, gaming, cosplay, film, TV, anime, collectibles, etc.).
- Maintain original and unique content relevant to pop culture and personal branding.
- Are 18 years or older at the time of application.
1.2 Creators with fewer than 10,000 followers may still apply, as acceptance is based on content quality and engagement.
1.3 Meme accounts and those who primarily repost content from others are ineligible.
1.4 Tickets are limited and will not be issued to children, family, or guests.
2. Application & Selection
2.1 All interested creators must submit an online application through the official Oz Comic-Con website.
2.2 Selection is based on factors including but not limited to:
- Content originality and quality.
- Engagement metrics (e.g., interaction rates, comments, shares).
- Relevance to pop culture fandoms and Oz Comic-Con’s audience.
- Professionalism and brand alignment with Oz Comic-Con values.
2.3 Applying does not guarantee approval. Applicants will be notified of their approval or denial within 30 business days of submission.
2.4 If approved, additional information will be provided in the confirmation email.
2.5 Each applicant may only apply once per event.
2.6 If a creator works with a team (photographer, videographer, editor, etc.), each member must apply separately and be approved individually. Oz Comic-Con reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per organization.
3. Benefits & Access
3.1 Approved creators will receive complimentary access to Oz Comic-Con.
3.2 Creator passes grant general admission but do not include:
- Early or special access to the event.
- Guaranteed seating at panels.
- Line-cutting privileges.
- Complimentary meet & greets or access to celebrities.
3.3 Some creators may be invited to Creators Live, a designated area where selected influencers can engage with attendees.
3.4 Approved creators will receive promotional support, which may include:
- Featured placement on Oz Comic-Con’s website and social media.
- Recognition through digital and onsite event materials.
- A Creator Welcome Package with exclusive merchandise and content opportunities.
3.5 Content Creator tickets are non-transferable and non-resalable.
4. Content & Promotion Requirements
4.1 If approved, you must use the complimentary ticket to capture content at the event to post across your social media platforms and share with your followers.
4.2 Content should:
- Be original and align with Oz Comic-Con’s brand and community guidelines.
- Tag @OzComicCon and include designated event hashtags.
- Accurately represent the event experience (no misleading or defamatory content).
4.3 Creators must not:
- Engage in content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or offensive material.
- Misrepresent their association with Oz Comic-Con (e.g., falsely claiming sponsorship).
- Violate intellectual property rights or infringe on trademarks.
5. Event Conduct & Responsibilities
5.1 Creators must conduct themselves professionally and in a manner that reflects positively on Oz Comic-Con.
5.2 If approved for a Content Creator Ticket, you agree to adhere to our Terms of Service for Participation in the Event, including strict adherence to our Code of Conduct.
5.3 Content Creators who harass or intimidate event participants and/or fans in violation of the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated at the event or within Oz Comic-Con’s online communities.
5.4 If a Content Creator is found violating the Terms of Service for Participation in the Event and/or Code of Conduct, their ticket will be canceled, and they may be banned from attending future Oz Comic-Con events at Management’s sole discretion.
5.5 Creators are responsible for their own expenses, including travel, accommodation, and any paid experiences within the event.
6. Post-Event Review & Future Collaboration
6.1 Oz Comic-Con may request post-event feedback to improve future creator programs.
6.2 Creators may be evaluated based on their content reach, engagement, and audience response to determine future opportunities.
6.3 Long-term collaborations, including the Oz Comic-Con Affiliate Program, may be offered to standout creators.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
7.1 By participating, creators grant Oz Comic-Con the non-exclusive right to share, repost, and use submitted content for promotional purposes (with credit).
7.2 Oz Comic-Con retains the right to use creator content for event recaps, marketing, and future promotions.
8. Program Changes & Termination
8.1 Oz Comic-Con reserves the right to:
- Modify or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Disqualify any creator who fails to meet the terms outlined above.
8.2 Oz Comic-Con is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from participation in the Program.
9. Agreement & Acceptance
9.1 By applying to the Oz Comic-Con-tent Creator Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of benefits.
