Ticketing Policies
Oz Comic-Con accepts companion cards. Companion card holders must purchase their own ticket and will be offered an additional ticket of comparable access to assist you during the event. The additional companion ticket will only be issued on the day when the original ticket is shown along with the companion card. Additional tickets only offer access to accompany the cardholder and will not include any additional items that specialty tickets may include.
General Admission tickets are for people aged 13+
Children aged 4 and under will be admitted free across the weekend, accompanied by an adult. No ticket will be issued.
Children aged 5 – 12 (inclusive) will be admitted free with a paying General Admission ticket.
Please select the “General Admission + 1 Free Child’s Ticket” option to receive your free Child (12 and under, inclusive) ticket. Free Child’s Ticket not included with standard General Admission Ticket. Once you have purchased your tickets online, simply bring your QR code on the day of the show to collect your wristband for entry. 1 free child’s ticket, ages 5-12, is included with 1 paying general admission ticket. Additional child tickets may be purchased for any children attending over and above the number of General Admission ticket holders.
If you are looking to make a group ticket booking for a group of 10 or more people, we do offer a discounted ticket rate of 15% off. Eligible groups include schools & universities, disability & support groups, staff clubs etc.

When the optional FlexRefund is not purchased – Please be aware that tickets to Oz Comic-Con are non-refundable.
In the case of event postponement by the organiser or venue, tickets purchased will be rolled over to the new dates.
Expertise Events have committed at all times to following the health requirements presented in each State, that are in place at the time an event proceeds.
If at the time of the event a vaccination mandate is in place and you do not meet the requirements to attend, this will not qualify you for a refund of your tickets.
