This application form is for up and coming cosplayers looking to experience what it is like to table at a convention, adjacent to the official Cosplay Guests, and to build their cosplay profile and guesting experience within the community.

If you are selected for a Cosplayer Spotlight table you will receive the following:
– 1 x Table at Oz Comic-Con within Cosplay Central from which to promote your cosplay channels, sell prints, promote any cosplay services you offer (commissions etc), have one of your cosplays on display within Cosplay Central. This space comes complete with a 2m x 2.4 backing wall that can be used to hang posters, prints or cosplays for display (see example photo of space below)
– Cosplayer Spotlight guest listing on our website
– Option of taking part in a Cosplayer group panel. Topic TBC once cosplayer spotlight spots are filled
– You can apply as a pair with a fellow cosplayer to share the space amongst the two of you. Maximum two cosplayers would be accepted to share a single table space. If applying as a pair you will each need to submit an application and indicate who you would like to share a space with if successful
– Weekend entry to the show for each cosplayer accepted into the space
– There may be the opportunity to be a guest judge for one of our cosplay competitions if this is something that interests you
– There may be the opportunity to be a guest MC for one of our cosplay competitions or parades if this is something that interests you
– Travel. accommodation, parking & food are not provided and would be at your own expense

If you are successful in your application for a table it is the expectation you will be at your table in cosplay for the duration of doors open hours both show days, with the exception of any pre-scheduled panel times, judging or MC commitments and lunch/photographer breaks. Oz Comic-Con crew will be present to mind your table during the periods you are not present.

Please note that Cosplayer Spotlight tables are extremely limited in their availability. We appreciate everyone taking the time to apply, however we won’t have space to accept every application. The more detail you can provide in the application below the more that will allow us to properly assess your application.

You will be required to arrive at the event between 8am and 9am Saturday morning to set up your table. Doors open Saturday morning at 9:30am. Alternatively, you can be able to attend event setup Friday between 1pm & 5pm if you wish to setup your table then if your application is successful. You will find out at least two (2) weeks before the show if your application is successful.
