Welcome! You’ve landed at the Oz Comic-Con Fan Club application page. Clubs are the voice of our fans and we strive to create spaces that cater to these communities. There are limited free spaces available at each show for fan clubs, so read on to make sure you qualify for a space.
All Fan Groups must fill out an application form to be considered for a free Fan Group space at Oz Comic-Con.
It’s super easy, you just need to fill out the application and once applications close we will send you an email to let you know if you have been successful. This normally happens 6 weeks prior to the event.
Space for fan clubs at the event is limited and will depend on the quality of your application. In order to be considered for a space you must:
- Provide an engaging feature for Oz Comic-Con fans outside of your club promotion. This can include free activities on your stand, panel content, line queue entertainment or displays and unique areas for fans to take photos. Be creative!
- Promote your attendance to your current fan base including via your social media pages and email database (if applicable).
- Your group/club cannot be a for profit organisation.
Exhibiting at previous events does not guarantee you will be accepted into future events.
